Don Daigle, Owner
Don started working with a local pool company in 1994. In 1998 he started his own pool sub-contracting services company, Daigle Servicing Co. and ran all the outside operations for the same pool store until 2005. All the service, in-ground pool installs, liner changes, above-ground pool installations, safety covers and so on were performed and/or managed by Don.
In the fall of 2005, Don parted ways with the sub-contract world and decided to acquire his own clientele with a vision to re-invent the pool world with a “service first” mentality, one client at a time. Today, Daigle Servicing Co – now Daigle Pools – employs 18 people in peak season- and has serviced nearly 6000 customers and are still growing strong.
On the rare occasion when Don is not working, he can be found enjoying a sunny day with his wife and kids, relaxing by his own pool; or on the golf course with his son – trying to keep his score from dropping below the 80’s.
Jennifer Kreiger, Manager
When the hospitality industry she worked in was shut down by the Covid-19 pandemic, Jennifer began considering other employment options. Through a chance encounter, she was made aware of an opportunity to help part-time in the showroom at Daigle Pools. Over the course of the summer and into the fall, Jennifer began taking on more responsibilities in the areas of purchasing, inventory, and operations. She is now full-time as Assistant Manager, and is enjoying her role at the company!
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys a good workout and fresh air – hiking or running; but also values her relaxation time with her friends and family.
Saundra Vaudreuil, Customer Service Manager
After graduating San Jose University, Saundra embarked on a 20-year career as a Subcontract Administrator with Lockheed Missiles and Space Company. A native Californian, Saundra could never imagine living anywhere else until she came to New England in 2000 and fell in love with it – especially the change of seasons.
Saundra has been the Customer Service Manager at Daigle pools since 2016 – scheduling over 600 pool openings and 800 pool closings each season, handling customer requests for service and providing help with their pool equipment.
Saundra spends her free time getting the most out of all four seasons in New England – from Red Sox and Bruins games, to summer camping, ax throwing, playing cornhole and kayaking at their camp at Big Island Pond. She also enjoys driving back roads throughout New Hampshire with her boyfriend, sampling craft beer at many of the state’s breweries.
Saundra is the proud mom of a daughter who is 1st Lieutenant in the Marine Corps and a son who is a Business Systems Engineer at Pratt and Whitney.
Brian Lambert, Service Manager
Brian has enjoyed watching how the company has grown over the years. He certainly is a cornerstone of the Daigle Pools team!
Brian and Don have worked together performing pool service and installation work since 1999. In April of 2008, Brian joined the Daigle Pools team (called “Daigle Servicing Co.” at that time) helping Don out in any capacity that was required.
Today, Brian manages a lot of the behind-the-scenes, not-so-glamorous aspects of the pool servicing business: customer service, repairs and reports, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. When he can get out in the field, Brian enjoys installing aboveground pools and saltwater chlorination systems.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys a quiet day of fishing and spending time with his two kids.
